UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days for delivery from payment being received)

We always aim to process and dispatch standard delivery orders within 3 working days of payments being received.

Standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class service which has a 2-3 day delivery estimate.

UK Express Delivery (2 working days for delivery from payment being received)

We will process and dispatch express deliveries within 1 working day of payments being received.

Express orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class which has a 1 working day delivery estimate.
Return Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your order however, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of your purchased items upon receipt, please use our contact form to email us and discuss the issue. We will do our best to correct the problem or else arrange for you to return it. Returns must be made within 14 working days of receipt of the order and items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. Please note we are unable to cover return postage unless an item proves to be faulty.
